The past years of hard work, growth & achievements in Cub Scouts deserve lasting recognition. This is a critical
period determining the future of their scouting careers. For these young men, the transition into Boy Scouts may seem
like they are starting all over again, because the Arrow of Light® will be the only rank achievement patch initially
displayed on their new Boy Scout uniform.

Our goal is to reinforce the importance of past achievements earned and encourage continued participation in Scouting.
